Yep, totally agree. He sang a Michael Bolton song, and sounded just like him.

We love that show. There were some creepy acts last nite, as their usually are.

What do you think of Howie? I think he's a great asset...but he did all the talking last nite. Might be just for the first couple times to get the audience warmed up to him, or something.

He was good!!! It seems like he's just like the last winner. I can't remember his name, he had a sad story too.

Ahh, he IS good!! A good friend of Rachel's is dating his brother!! How cool is that?

I thought he was excellent but I also loved the group of Veterans who were formerly homeless. They sang so great together.

I thought Michael Grimm was fantastic. I'm curious to see what else he can do.

I also thought Howie was a great addition to the show. He has a great personality for this type of show.

Its a hard pick between Michael Grimm and the New Directions Choir.

Grimm was spectacular. I love his look, his voice, and his genuine sole. I really hope he does well and makes something of himself from this show. It seems like he's had a hard life. My biggest worry is that people may look at him as "another singer/guitarist" like last year's winner and not want the same ole, same ole to win. I surely hope not though. If I was a record mogul, I'd sign him tomorrow.

OMG, I love Howie on the show. He's a perfect fit and enjoyable to watch on the show.

Ditto what has already been said.Love Michael Grimm,the Choir and Howie.Howie cracked me up at the beginning,he kept hitting his bell by mistake.

Some of those others were just plain disgusting,crazy,etc.Makes me wonder why they think they have talent.LOL

I think they could just call Michael Grimm the winner and cancel the show. ;-)

It will be hard to find anybody better.

I do hope he won't use the sad story bit too much though.

I agree that Michael was the best! Like Sue, I hope he doesn't milk the sob story too much. After all, it's not as if he's a totally undiscovered talent. If you check him out on YouTube you will see that he has been performing a while, and opening for larger acts on stage. I still say I hope he wins.
