who mentioned an asparagis risotto?

Thank you very much. It's been on my mind, and we had some asparagus after NYE (the bundle was enough for two meals for two peopel), plus left over rare prime rib. I did a simple risotto with asparagus and Parmesan to go with the leftover roast, and it was heavenly.

There is a good reason why I make risottos so rarely, because it is so good that I'll eat every bite, with no help whatsoever.
