Spybot finds a problem - is it?

I just completed monthly computer maintenance. I haven't noticed any problems. Maintenance included updating the following programs, switching to safe mode, and then scanning with the same programs:

Malwarebytes' Anti-malware

Superantispyware

Spybot Search and Destroy

Other than tracking cookies, no problems were found by the first two.

Spybot, however, found the following problem. Should I go ahead and let Spybot fix it? Since the registry key has Microsoft in the name, I'm hesitating and seeking your input.

Also,

I suggest that you go into Start > Control Panel > Security Center > look at the right hand side of the window and check the settings under "Virus Protection" (expanding if necessary). I believe that you have overridden the protections and that you will find a button labeled "Recommendations". If you click on the "Recommendations" button I believe that you will get a window that indicates something like:

I have an antivirus program that I'll monitor myself.

I just went in and looked again under the immunize section and now I know which ones are unprotected. One is Firefox: 6, 998,998,998= 3000 then there is Mozilla: 6, 998,998,998=3000 a total of 6000 unprotected items. I do not have Firefox installed nor do I have Mozilla installed on this computer. That is strange that they are even counting those since they are not installed. I guess they would be unprotected. "LOL" Under the Firefox browser and the Mozilla browser it is showing my old email address not my current one. Don't know why that is either. Is it ok to leave it with the old address since I am not using those browsers? I did not install Spybot the guys who built this computer did. I have always been somewhat confused with Spybot. I did download the new SuperAntiSpyware and have been using it along with my other Spyware removal programs. thirdfrt!!!

After I read your post,I started up Spybot and it does the same as yours. Most of the time the CPU is 100%. My fans are to quite to know if they change speed. I wouldn't worry about it. I have 640 MB of Ram (768 to start with) I ran Spybot while on the Internet and I'm not able to do much of anything else while Spybot is running.

I have the McAfee Security Suite which updates automatically. I checked in the Security Center, as you instructed, and it does show that the Firewall, Automatic Updates, and Virus Protection are all enabled and working.

The McAfee Suite has been installed on this computer since Day 1 and Spybot followed close behind. This is the 1st time, however, that Spybot found it to be a problem.

I get the idea that this "problem" is a warning that something else (McAfee in my case) is overriding Microsoft's attempts to protect this computer? If so, then I should do nothing (i.e. do NOT allow Spybot to "fix" it)?
