I am also a beginner and learned my lesson in disorganization too!I responded to a post and she emailed me back and I had no clue to who she was!I searched the forum and then my desk,I had wrote all the details down on a slip,I found it after I emailed her with an"I'm sorry but I dont know who you are"email! Talk about embarassing!Especially when I lifted my mouse pad and all the details where right there!I then emailed this poor woman(who probably thinks I am a little goofy(cant say I blame her!LOL)to let her know I found the details and I now knew who she was!She has not got back to me since!(If you are reading this IBARTOO I am sorry and I have got it together!)So after this incident I immediatley went to my Daughters room and "borrowed" a accordin binder and divided it up as so:1.emails and posts I have made(every detail that I can get at this time is wrote down) 2.Trade Offfers 3.SASE I am sending 4.SASE I am receiving 5.Trades needing completetion(divided in 2 sub sections:a.Trades I need to mail b.Trades I need to receive) 6.Completed Trades 7.Trades not received(I just started at this and already got burned,no sweat,I will no longer trade with that person any more!This person is not a GW member!)8.Large seed evelopes 9.small seed envelopes 10.Scrap paper(Usually whats left after I cut out my envelopes)Every person I contact or have any contact with gets wrote down on a slip and put in first slot then as the trade progresses the slip grows with more info and gets moved further along,finally when the person has received and I have received it makes it's way to completed trades,I write all info down on a log sheet and dispose of slip in fireplace.It may seem like alot of work, but for me,it is worth not losing track!Hope this was helpful! no problems here at all. Have her check that she has it typed correctly or send her a new email that you know has your correct addy on it for her to try to reply to. I had the same exact thing happening and my friend said absolutely she was putting in the correct addy because she was using it from her address book, I had her send me a copy of the returned one to my other email addy and sure enough there was a letter missing in my address LOL How that happened we do not know since she had been emailing me for years from her addy book.

I personally use firefox you simply go here(link is at bottom in instructions) and hit the download button to download it to your pc,in the dialog box you can just click run from there or if you saved it to your pc go to it and double click to install, during install/setup it will ask you if you want to import your settings and favorites from IE say yes to all that way it will set it up exactly as you have your IE, it will ask if you want to set it as your default you can say no to that, that leaves IE as your main default browser, that can be changed at any time easily. Once it has installed you will open firefox it will open to the firefox website to let you know it has properly installed, it will only do this the first time, after that when you open it you will go to what ever you had as your home page on IE since it transferred that info over. It will not change anything at all on your IE. That is it, you are done, when you want to use it just click on the firefox icon on your desktop, you can use it along side IE with no problems. There are some very good add ons for firefox the one I recommend first is the ad block plus with easylist which will stop all the ads you see when visiting websites. here are the instructions with pictures Install Firefox on Windows

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune to your Desktop. Note: Vista users must use Run As Administrator  Under Main: Select Files to Delete choose: Select All.  Click the Empty Selected button.  If you use Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All  Click the Empty Selected button. If you would like to keep your saved passwords click No at the prompt.  If you use Opera browser click Opera at the top and choose: Select All  Click the Empty Selected button. If you would like to keep your saved passwords click No at the prompt.  Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program. Then do below: Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop. Click here * Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. * At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. * Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan. * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.  The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt  Copy and Paste the entire report in your next reply.
