Transplanting mature crepe myrtles

Hi guys! I have two big (like, 10') crepe myrtles that are in the worst spots. They are in deep shade on the north side of my house, stuck between an asian jasmine-choked fence and a massive oak tree. The poor things are so scraggly. They were two of the only plants present on our property when we moved in two years ago. The previous owners were not exactly gardeners.

My question is, would these guys have any chance of surviving if I moved them? Obviously now is NOT the time to do this, but I am making plans for this fall/winter, prioritizing what needs to get done. What do you think? Try to move them, leave them as is, or get a professional?
