But here's a twist on the New England type, California Gold, the West Coast adaptation on Clam Chowder that your's truly, invented one evening, bored with the typical.

Make no mistake, I love a good chowder, especially as a side to a nice sea food or surf and turf spread.

And I've come up with some secret alterations to make a delicious clam chowder that screams out rich flavor and is rivered in Golden color.

Shall I divulge my secrets or should I sell it?
