Another KT get-together happened today!

Carol_in_California and I had a very nice lunch today in Central California (Arroyo Grande). I was on my way south, and she lives in a nearby town. We had yummy seafood -- calimari for her, clam chowder for me. We talked about all kinds of things...family, family histories, careers, etc., etc. Very fun!

Between the get-together in Moss Landing last week (Monterey Bay) and today, these KT events are getting addictive!

Isn't Carol fun? My mouth is watering just thinking about that good seafood in the Pismo-Arroyo Grande area. I used to have two aunts and an uncle there in Arryo.

I loved meeting Louise! But the visit was too short.

Thank you all for replying. It will be great to meet new folks and renew friendships with those who I have met before. Patti, how about getting together on Friday the 12th? I haven't heard from Joan. Since we will have Friday free we could come and visit you in Ocala. Name a place and time and we will be there with bells on. Monablair please let me know when you find out if you will be coming. I have talked to both Barbara and Sharon and they will be coming. Probably will be at the same restaurant as before. Renee, we will only have to spend one night in a hotel and that will be in Melbourne so I don't think we will have to worry. It looks like we will be spending Friday at my cousin's house and will head for Titusville on Saturday morning. We still need to find a restaurant and decide on a time. You gals going to Titusville have any ideas. Sandie since you live there can you make a suggestion? Liz, do you think you could meet us in Titusville on Saturday around 11 or so? I sure would love to meet you. Hopefully you can work us into your busy schedule. Anne we will be spending the night in Melbourne so can meet with you in the evening or very late afternoon. Need to have travel time from Titusville. Looking forward to meeting you. Marion and April, could we meet around noon on Sunday the 14th? You name the place and we will be there. Nothing expensive but want to have time to visit. Carol and I will head back to Ft. Myers after our get together. This is going to be so much fun. Carol and I are looking forward to meeting each of you. I hope that these plans fit into everyone's schedules.

Hey, I recognize those peeps! We had so much fun at lunch, the men are so cute together and the girls are just adorable. We hated to leave but they needed to go shopping and I had to take care of some family stuff. I hope they come back next year so we can spend more time together, we always have fun together. Jen loved meeting Lydia and Officer Andy made an appearance at our table, too. I've MISSED him! Lydia gave us the coolest stuff, Jen got a bookmark and I got a neat road-trippy thing to hang from the rear view mirror, but right now it's hanging by the computer. SO cute! Thanks again, Lydia! I wanted to bring this to the top again in case someone hadn't seen it. Judy said that people 2 and 3 hours away wouldn't come. Come on folks lets prove her wrong. I know that there are several who are coming from great distance but she was talking about the folks in MN that have never been to a get together. Folks these are really fun and you will be sorry if you miss out. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting to hug friends that I haven't seen in a long time.

Carol is always fun to visit with. I only wish you had been there last week when I was in the area. I agree get-togethers are addictive. We need to have them much more frequently.

I agree that any KT get-together is fun! I've had the pleasure of meeting 3 KTers (Flamingo twice!) and hope to meet more in the future!

Any day you can meet up with Carol is a good day! (And with Lydia, too!) I'm glad you ladies had good fun and good food. I hope there's a picture floating around somewhere that you can post!

There is NEVER a bad KT get together...Isn't it just FUN!! maybe I'll get DH in a good mood and try to throw one next fall after the ATLANTA heat settles down a bit!

Should have given me a holler and I would have joined you. BTW, finally got to eat at Phils in Moss Landing for my BD dinner last night. I won't be going back ever. Terrible food, sevice, atmosphere.
Also, have you got the emails I sent you? I guess they must have got lost in cyber space.

Oh no Clare, you had your birthday dinner at Phil's? Ack! Demand a do-over immediately. I don't know why that place gets good reviews. I gave it 2 tries. Never again. I was so glad we ate at the Whole Enchilada for our meet-up. I had planned to stop for a burger beforehand if it was going to be Phil's. LOL

Carol or Louise where did you end up for lunch? There are so many places to choose from down there.

Carol is the best.She is the sweetest person.She has been my partner in the swaps before and she gives the bestest gifts.She writes the sweetest emails.I would love to live by her.I bet she would make the bestest neighbor.I would love to live between Carol and Jenni.Jenni could teach me to sew and do all kinds of crafts,and I could play with baby Jake,Carol"s grandson and Grant.Now would that not be a life.I love baby Jake's hair,how it stands up.It looks so so soft,and Grant growing up and at his age everone says is so so so loving.I am glad you share this meeting with us.
