Smoked turkey broth

Instead of brining the turkey, my son offered to smoke it. It turned out well. I couldn't resist making some smoked turkey broth, but now wondering how best to use it. There is quite a bit, and I plan to freeze it after removing the fat.

My thinking is that it might be a good base for lima bean soup, without the pork taste - as if it were made with ham bone.

Any recipes that you might share with me?
