Refreezing Turkey Broth

I've been busy making my sale turkeys and then turning the carcasses into broth. If I thaw broth to make something like lentil soup, can I then freeze the lentil soup? I don't see that it would be an issue but was curious if anyone could give some insight into this.

BTW - I ended up buying 8 turkeys between November and December, with prices ranging from $6 to $14 apiece for 18 to 22 pound turkeys. I averaged about $10 each overall and am getting about 14 cups of cut-up turkey each, which is roughly equivalent to replacing 7 pounds of ground beef in our diet. This is based on the measurement I use for monthly cooking, i.e. 2 cups cooked ground beef = 1 pound.

I also have the best trained dogs in town - all sitting in a row, just waiting to see if Mom's fingers will suddenly sprout some treats.
