Citric acid, cinnamon stick, peaches....

I'm cooking up a bunch of peaches in medium syrup for canning. I was wondering if:

A: Do I need to add acid?

B: I only have citric acid or "real" lemon juice (that bottled stuff). How much citric acid (powdered) should I add and when? Or should I use that bottled lemon?

C: Is it safe to can a cinnamon stick along with the peaches in the jar?
