Garden Peach Tomatoes coming out of my ears!

The title explains it all - now I just need to figure out what to do with all of these sweet little tomatoes! I've heard from unreliable sources that you have to be careful about canning heirlooms and yellow tomatoes due to lower acid content (these are both)....which is really too bad since I love canning. So...does anybody have any other ideas what I can do with them? Or better yet, a fail-safe canning recipe that would be ok with lower acid tomatoes? (I'm not a huge risk taker, so only tried and tested recipe ideas please).
