Best tomato for Salsa.ans Canning?

Annie and other experts - is there a certain tomato that you would recommend for Salsa and canning? Next year I want to plant one variety for that and one for slicing. I am saving seeds from one that Trudi sent me that has a wonderful taste on sandwichs. It won't do for canning because it has too many problems (is it cat-faced and BER) but the ones that I ate are wonderful. I think it is either Little Pink or Ark Traveler.

This year I have mixed Delicious, Italian Market,Manaluci, Ark T,, Rutger and Champion all together and I am canning them like that. They may not be good - I don't know if you are supposed to can all the same together.

I read something on a thread about Oxala - would they be good for Tenn?
