20+ year old citrus, yellow leaves, growth has stopped

We have an old orange tree, age unknown, about 11" diameter at the base. Within the last month or so the leaves have started to yellow quite severely, and I see no new green growth. Any new growth the tree had, has also started to yellow. The leaves are a uniform pale yellow-green (though very few have some greener ribbing), no mottling, no curling. The tree bloomed heavily, and seemed to be doing quite well until recently. I haven't done anything to it that might have caused this.

I suspect that the heavy rains we have had this winter in Southern California may be the source of my problem, but then again - why would this just start now? Our heavy rains started many months ago, and are now tapering off.

I have viewed sample photos of magnesium and iron deficiencies. Those deficiencies seem to cause either vibrant yellowing, or yellow leaves with green ribbing. My leaves don't look like either of those.

Any input or suggests would be very much appreciated.
