Thank you for such a fantastic article! Yards will whisper what should be planted where...if we only listen and observe! The more native plants used the less water homeowners will waste!

I love designs that reduce lawn to only what is useful and necessary. There are so many easy care, low water demand plants, idk why people would just try to cover everything with lawn- it’s more work, water, and therefore money!
