About to rip out the soakerhoses (and my hair)!

Hello all. Got a little problem here maybe you could help me with:

I ordered 0.580 soakerhose, tubing, couplings, T fittings, timer, pressure regulator, the works. Set it all up, and...hardly any water comes out. I put the timer on for 2 hours last night and it hardly watered at all. The water comes out in barely perceptible drips. My neighbors' soakerhose that they bought from WalMart gives off a lot more water. Is this because:

A. Their soakerhose is bigger (hose-sized)?

B. Their lengths are shorter (mine are 100 ft., theirs are 25-50 ft.)?

C. My soakerhose is not porous enough?

With my current layout, I could shorten the lengths of soakerhose by cutting into the tubing with T fittings. But I don't want to keep wasting money if the soakerhose is deficient. Has anyone ever used 0.580 Mr. Soakerhose from mrdrip.com successfully? If so, what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Megan
