Please help me choose greenhouse size & style

I'm about to buy a greenhouse kit to be used primarly to overwinter about 15 3.5'ferns & various other smaller plants. Additionally, we will start seedings & slips for early planting in the spring. At this time we do not plan on growing winter crops so the temp can remain fairly low. The greenhouse will be very visable in our yard & I'd really like it to look very nice. We're in a wooded lot, but all the trees are decidious. We've been saving up & hope to purchase the best that our budget will allow. We've been looking at CC Cottage 12x16 with Twin wall roof & glass sides or CC Cape Cod 10x16. We plan to build a 18" raised foundation. The average low temps in NW Tennessee are around 25 Degrees for Dec, Jan & Feb. Do you think that the glass sides will be really difficult to maintin the heat level required to overwinter or should we do all twinwall. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm really excited, but very apprehensive about spending so much & making a mistake.
