We've not enjoyed the show on tv so much in ages, made me think once again how great it'd be to have more entertaining and little less competition, to bring best of Idols and have some extra fun for everyone. No matter, all are winners, except me and especially my daughter, will be listening to Katherine and my younger daughter to Chris (her forever Idol). I think Taylor got the votes for being a friendly country guy -if the show was about congeniality he'd get my votes, he had fun and made us join in the fun, appearing more self-confident- a few years older helps, even if he was at times comical with his dances-we can all use more fun. It reminded us of the times when the "She Bangs" guy was picked as the winner on line, lol. We're fine with the fact Katherine took the 2nd place- it's almost or as grand as the top. Her voice will sing for itself. Wish we didn't have to wait so long for more Idol, GB

As others have said, a drying agent, like Jet Dry or Rinse-Aid, is a must. Running the hot water in your sink before starting the dishwasher so that hot water is in the pipes as the dishwasher begins to fill. Finally, cracking open the door once the drying cycle is complete helps as well so that the steam can escape. I've had a Miele since 2015 and, at the time after reading reviews, the reason I purchased it was because it automatically cracks open the door at the end of the drying cycle. I've never had any drying issues with it. At the time it was the only dishwasher that opened the door automatically but I believe more brands do that now.

Thank you for the compliment!! I knew I was always liked old houses, but never really thought anything about it when we bought this one (didn't know it's true age at the time). Having an old house sort of feels like old coin collecting ~ and it starts an obsession. Anything we've done to the house, we've done ourselves. Lucky my husband has a knack for learning new things. Anyways, the huge Poplar came down right before we did the roof. 20 feet from the front of our house, 9 feet in circumference, 80 feet tall meant it should/had to come down. I felt sort of sick about it at first because it was healthy, but I'd like to find some life out of the whole scenario. I'm trying to sweet talk hubby into getting a few logs to a saw mill and let them cut a few thick slabs for a one-of-a-kind wood countertops. He says that's pushing it over the edge and afraid it would be ugly (like he thought the roof would be). =)

've never gotten into Game, though my ski-fi daughter has never missed an ep. I used to watch Homeland but it petered out for me. Series tht I like include Broadchurch (the best), The Night Manager, and currently Hinterland. My bro gave me the first two seasons of Outlander, which is nixt on my binge list. And of course Poldark. Be still my beating heart.
