Whirlpool QuietPartner IV

This issue has been going on since December. The cycle is set for 70 mins but at the end of 70 mins, the timer still stays at 44 min and will stay like that forever. Tech has Changed the turbidity sensor , followed by the circuit board. Nothing has fixed the problem.

Also it has also taken at times 20 minutes for the timer to go down 1 minute. For example - for the timer to go down from 65 to 64, it can take 20 minutes.

Thoughts on what could be the problem?
