Has anyone made Pide? Turkish bread

So here is my clumsy first attempt to make Pide. Quite delicious if homely.

I made some awful mistake with the dough. Not sure quite what. It was very slow to rise. My home runs cool so I know dough will take longer to rise. But this was very very slow. It was intended for rolls. I finally gave up and refrigerated overnight. It finally showed some signs of life late the next day. But I decided I wanted to use it in a flatbread which seemed more forgiving of my sad dough.


For the filling I used a mix of mozzarella and feta with leeks, onions, garlic, olives, peppers, oregano, chili flakes… The egg was a very nice addition to all of the cheesiness.
