Help me salvage this.......

I put a pork butt roast in the crockpot 8 hours ago on low and the meat thermometer registers in the 180's to 190's, but it isn't falling apart like usual and feels tough/undone when I put a meat fork in it. Have I just got a tough piece of meat? Can I put it in pressure cooker and expect any improvement?
