I just love Catastrophe Waitress and so thankful you shared some with me kay. Last season it bloomed perfectly so looking forward to this season. Jellyfish Jealousy is one I had in NYS and it had very tall scapes. Is your planting tall? Git 'R Done has a very unique yellow/red (?) combo. Nice.

When your season begins early, the early ones leave sooner! But is is hard to belive some are already done. I am glad you posted Perry and His Harem. I have looked long and hard at that one!

Thank you all. This has been a pretty fun year even with my having to close my eyes to needed weeding. I bless Kate for her comments on cardboard and mulch since that is the areas that are in good shape. By the Way, Kate, did you see where Francois Verhaert isn't? I suppose Patty grabbed the wrong plant again,but both times the one she grabbed is so much better than what she was supposed to send.

The two I am saying goodbye too both had multiple clump shots, and Kara Louise started blooming the first part of May., and bloomed every day and with many multiples.

So sorry to see some done so soon, especially Wild Cherry Wine. But now it's on to the later bloomers. Cat Calls is very interesting. I like that smoky look. I also like Flight of Orchids and Perry and His Harem. We grow both and Perry is indeed a large bloom. Kara Louise is a lovely shade of rose.

Nancy, your Perry and his harem is what introduced me to it and I had to have it. Thank you for that. Wild Cherry Wine is a beauty and it has bloomed really well...I only post some of photos since so many are blooming. You know how that is.

No Kate. Not Viola Francois. It is very bright, lovely orange and it was tucked right in with Green Rainbow. . It doesn't look exactly like Spirit Fox, but very similar. It would be nice to know what our plants we have been calling Viola Francois really are because they are beauties;. It is very white except for the yellow from the center and the edges are beautiful. I doubt Patty knows what it is by now. I am keeping mine regardless of whether we ever know its name or not because it is a beautiful white and it blooms well too. I suppose it is possible that Patti could still recognize it., but I doubt Great Balls of Fire is another favorite, by the way since it was another of her lucky boo boos.

Perry, Cat. Waitress, and Wild Cherry Wine are what really catch my attention. Also hard for me to comprehend that some are done when Mine won't even start for a week or two.

Brad, they have been blooming a month now. the ones that put out a lot of blooms will tend to finish up sooner, and Both of these have given me quite a few multiple blooms. The ones that only give one or two blooms and not every day will bloom longer, but they, of course, are much splashier than the lesser bloomer.

Yes, Kay, I was referring to the white one as perhaps being Voila Francois. As to the orange I am still not sure about it. Johhny Hodges is next to Green Rainbow and it is orange but a different form. Maybe a bee pollen plant?

No, Viola Francois is not white, Nancy told me the beautiful white one was mislabeled and I looked it up and it is supposed to be orchid and plum. I suspect that Nancy if Nancy didn't already know, she looked it up since the white one is so pretty.

I think the Francois part is what is confusing! Voila Francois is white but Francois Verhart is the orchid/plum. Which is why I was wondering if Patty got them confused with the Francois part! But you have Voila Francois already and when it blooms you can compare it to your mystery white one!!

I should have my first bloom of the season tomorrow, but supposed to rain tonight so who knows how it will look. It is already trying to open now, looks a lovely color. I actually had my 1st bloom on Yoga Man, but it was a cheater since I only planted it a couple of weeks ago. Lovely, but I am hoping for better when it settles.

Your blooms are just gorgeous, I really love Perry and His Harem, and with a big bloom it must be stunning. Cat Calls looks good. Get'R Done is lovely. I have that one, it blooms nicely, but never increases. It went into fall with 3 fans, so I though maybe I would have an extra fan of it. It came up this spring with 2 fans, but I guess with the crazy winter and spring, I was lucky with that. I have 3 or 4 plants that lost fans over winter. So sad to see the last of the 1st blooms, but you still have lots to go.

Kate, you have to hit me harder to actually get my attention. I am still dull, obviously. I think you are right. It looks exactly like Viola Francois! Same dimensions, color and all. Patti probably did just what you said. And I will say to you you on Perry like you said to me on Panther Paws.
