Does "WoolSkein" look yellow?

I'm building a house and need a whole house color. Has anyone used SW Wool Skein? What are the undertones? Do you ever see yellow?.

Don’t trouble yourself with ‘undertones.‘

Wool Skein belongs to the warm side of the Yellow Hue Family.

It has a good hit of Chroma (degree of colour)

In balanced lighting you may note a greeness to it.

In warm lighting its inherent yellowness will be more evident.

In very imbalanced light it may hint a little blueish.

My entire house is painted SW6148 Wool Skein, a "safe" color recommended by our realtor. It is not too dark for us. It does however have a slight green undertone and thus does not coordinate well with a basic beige color. We used SW6150 Universal Khaki as the accent color under the chair rails. My ceilings, plantation blinds and all woodwork are white which helps to brighten the space.

Not sure about the phragmites and catails bc I have yet to learn to distinguish them from our natives. what i do know is there's a big dog-stranger vine, Himalayan balsam, buckthorn, and Russian olive problem in my area. Also our Canadian thistle while native is outcompeting other plants and creating monoculture in a big way :( I'll keep contacting the invasive center thanks for sharing everyone!

Roseseek, Your photo of ' Marguerite de Fenelon' shows an amazing Tea rose! O.M.G. it's just soooo lovely. Last week I pollinated several blooms of 'Duchess de Brabant' with pollen from 'Lemon Spice'. and a couple more with pollen from Alliance Franco-Russe' I love how floriferous Duchesse de Brabant' is and I'm hoping I could get that trait in a seedling from her, along with the yellow hue from Lemon Spice, or A.F-R.' , are the odds for or against me in achieving this? - I'm about done with cross pollinating for this year Now all I need to do is wait for 4 months for the seeds to develop. Because most of my crosses are with Tea class roses, do I still need to chill the hips in the refrigerator for several weeks? Thanks again for your advice. Jaqueline, I ordered 'Marachel Niel' from an Oregon nursery, 3 times and I received Marachal NIel' once, but it declined and died after a few years, then I received 'Reve d'Or' from them and it sported to Duchess d'Auerstadt' I love your rose photos. regardless of the undertones in the paint color, you have to take into consideration the natural AND artificial lighting in any room. not to mention the furnishings in the room, everything plays a role. ... are you sure the sample matches the paint you purchased?
