My solution depends on whether you door is a stained finish or a painted finish. If you have a stained door, this process won't work, but if your door is painted white, which most interior doors are, it will. The process is similar to patching a hole in sheet rock. I have just done this to a door that had a cat door in it. The door looks like there was never a hole cut in it. First, square of the hole as best a possible. Second, cut two or three pieces of wood to use as bracing. Glue these in the hollow section of the door so they run across the opening. Third, purchase then cut a piece of 1/4 luan plywood to fit the hole. Glue this piece onto the bracing already installed. Fourth, plastic wood any gaps. Sand smooth when dry. Fifth, prime and paint. You can buy dowel pins (short lengths of dowel) that are intended for concealed, glued joints...but they aren't the best choice for this repair as they are typically fluted on the sides and slightly rounded on the ends. This is an easy repair. Buy a 1/4" dowel, cut off a 1" to 1-1/2" piece, drill a 1/4" hole where the repair is and a little deeper than the dowel length. Then lightly coat the dowel surface with standard wood glue, insert it in the hole, and drive it all the way in with light taps from a hammer. Wipe away glue that has squeezed out, and let the repair sit for 1/2 hour. If a little bit of the dowel sits proud of the surface, you can sand it away or trim it with a single edge razor blade. However, if the end of the dowel was square to begin with, and you tapped it in carefully, this won't be necessary.

With the Bali and a light rail, or some kind of trim, you can mount the fixture in the front of the cabinet, the middle, or the back, on the wall. Without the trim, you'll most likely mount it against the wall. i guess you mount it, and if it looks unfinished, you add trim afterward. This is going to come out wrong, so I apologize in advance. When you say you did that on purpose, how do you feel about it now? Because there's still time to change the appearance. Your installers can bring them forward if you aren't loving it. If you're happy, I'm happy. The cabinets are very pretty.

This is a bad install of the overflow drain fitting to the tub. There should be a gasket between the overflow and back side of the tub and some mechanical means on the inside of the tub to pull the overflow drain and gasket tight to the back side of the tub forming a water tight seal. Then, a trim piece is attached to the overflow on the inside of the tub to make things look pretty. You likely do not want to do a total tear-out to fix this, right? One solution would be to cut an access hole in the wall on the other side of the bad overflow (is that room a closet, bedroom, etc.?), remove the existing overflow from the backside and install new hardware to the tub, then install a plumber's access cover over the hole you cut in the wall. Not perfect (from the closet/bedroom side) but its typical of how things like this are repaired in an existing home.
