Tis the season for.... fiddleheads

Actually it is a little late.. but they are still around.


I made fiddlehead focaccia today. It required boiling, then sauteing the fiddleheads and then baking them on the focaccia. I brought it over to my mom and her partner (who is undergoing chemo) - so I wanted them well cooked. This may be a favorite recipe for fiddleheads.
