Help me pick the right slipcover for my dining room chairs
Comments (2)I think with the knobs that you have on top of your chairs the slipcovers will not fit properly. They will probably always bother you....See MoreHelp picking dining chairs and table!!
Comments (3)The table size is the only one we found that fits our space and is also a counter height table. The Lowe chairs we really like, since they are super comfortable without being bulky and fit perfectly into the table. They are also leather, which make them much easier to clean - we have two kids and host a lot of their friends. I do understand about the feel though. The chairs seem more contemporary and "cooler" and the table warmer. Do you think the dark steel base with clear table top would fit in our space? I think they would go with the chairs, but not sure about the space. The ivory chair would match the lighter tile and counter top, but not sure if the table will have too much black. Also, we are hanging this chandelier above the space: So wondering if the dark bronze of the chandelier will work with the black base. BTW, thank you for your comments :)...See MoreHelp picking new chairs for heirloom dining table?
Comments (1)First: Remove the leaf, it doesn't need to be a full size all the time. Second: You could look into slipcovers for the exsisting chairs, or just replace the two at the head of the table. Third: I would add an area rug once you make it smaller, this will help show off the beautiful wood....See Moreneed help navy dining room
Comments (4)I find the board and batten forcing the art to be hung too high but I love navy walls and especailly since the ceiling is already done . I find the china cabinet a bit odd for the space and IMO a nice buffet would be a better choice Yes you need a rug and then choose the covers for the chairs . I also do not ever like angled seating at a table it is so limiting I would suggest a nice round glass top if you want a glass table in quite thick glass and since I am not sure of the room size I can only guess at least as large as what you have, IMO if plants are not healthy do not use them and I always like drapes in DRs...See MoreN Johnson
