Simply a 'What we installed in our new home' resource for others

It was challenging to find examples of the materials offered by the builder probably because builders' grade products aren't the most popular. But in our case, many of them worked for us. I hope that people can search by the brand and find this useful.

Entire home: (walls) SW Kilim Beige, (trim, doors) SW Bright White. The paint color was upgraded as the standard was SW Bright White and wouldn't go with our decor.

Flooring: Armstrong Empower Scandia Oak Midsummer Sun (it's a SPC stone plastic composite) - upgrade.

Kitchen: (light from west and north windows)

Cabinets: Merillat Glenrock, full overlay in Kona (full overlay, Kona stain were upgraded), with (upgrades)

  • Pull outs
  • Corner lazy susan
  • Drawers under cooktop
  • garbage in a pullout cabinet

Pulls: Jeffery Alexander Merrick collection in brushed ORB (standard)

Countertops: Cambria Windermere (upgrade)

Backsplash: Daltile Color Wheel in Almond, glossy (standard)

Pendants: Kichler Nicholson (standard - we'll change them later)

Hood (unknown - not a choice for us)

  • Sinks: Kohler (possibly Ladena - we weren't given a choice)
  • Floor and shower surround: Daltile Cannes in Crema C20, 12 x 24 (standard tile, upgraded size)
