I found these SUPER cute, SUPER comfortable sports bras @ JC Penney's for under $8. They're padded, strappy, lots of colors to choose from. Everyone around HERE , the college and Olympians running the track are wearing them. I purchased 3.

Amazon prime days got a waterpik at 56 % off. Went to a garage sale down the road yesterday. Lady just wanted to get rid of her late hording husband's things. Me either, functionthenlook. The woman who sold it said she didn't use it because she is a "from scratch baker" and had no use for it. I took that to mean there may be a school of thought out there that bread made in a bread machine doesn't count as homemade. I like to bake things like pita bread, English muffins, pizza dough, dinner rolls and hamburger buns. Looking into the future, I see the machine as being a huge time saver when it comes to mixing, kneading and proofing the dough for me. My first loaf is rising and it's looking pretty good!

Just came back from Joanne's Fabrics. We purchased duck in charcoal grey and black to make seat covers for DH's truck. The fabric was on sale, the Coats & Clark thread was buy 3 get 2 free, then the woman in front of me gave me a $10 off coupon!It ALL came to $45!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tons of velcro in my sewing stash and several cans of Scotchguard. Beats $550 for Carhartt seat covers! The line to check out was CRAZY! They had 3 cashiers. She got on the mic and said," 17 in line can I get back up?"

I bought these sweatpants and matching sweatshirt (in pink) for DD last fall, and put them away for Christmas. Totally random gift and they were on a big sale so super inexpensive. She loved them. And she is super picky about her ”athletic wear.” More recently, I bought myself a pair and I also love them and have been wearing them a lot over the past two weeks (covid in da house). I see they are on sale again so roughly $20.

ha ha Noooooooooooo....the 1st one, the vertical straps are sewn onto the top horizontal strap. I purchased 3 of those! ♥ Love them! ♥ ♥ ♥ Eye candy!

Not discounts deep enough to remember for a lifetime, but I did order underwear and tees yesterday from Penney's for DH and saved $50 on two packages of each. A $75 supima cotton knit long robe for my sisters birthday for $30 Lands End. I have the same robe and its warm and modest but lightweight - so packable. PJs for Christmas Eve for the family littles at 40% off Hanna Andersson - their moms love the quality and its become a yearly tradition.

I ordered a case of 50 extension cords from Dollar Tree online since it's hard to find any in their stores. $1 each, but I have to order a case as required by their site.

I could use them for Holiday decorations. :-) This house has 60 windows, I will put up LED string lights or candle lights on most of the windows And 80% of LED string lights I bought all have non-plug in ends, so each string needs one extension cord. Going crazy with Christmas lights this years. Lol

I found a Carhartt Ladies jacket in my size on the clearance rack at TJMax. They sell online for well over 100.00. It was red tagged at 49.00, 20 dollars less than the original discount price. Canvas, Thermolite insulation, 4 outside pocket, two inside and a 2 way zipper with a snap front wind flap. Met all my criteria for a good barn jacket. plus I had 15.00 left on a gift card to use toward it.

As for the "cute" sports bra, I agree that looks like it would easily be a tangled mess unless it has a zipper front. Plus it will be covered with a sports top so it's not like anyone else will be seeing it but the wearer. I'm all for pretty underwear but not for working out / yard work.

@wildchild2x2...That IS a GREAT deal! I paid $90/click on link, for his hooded fleece Carhart/on sale.

@User...The price for the sports bra was SO LOW, for such quality, I wear them everywhere. So yeah...they're fancy under my T-shirt. I had a $10 reward, so I actually paid $2ea.

Must be nice to be able to wear just 'cloth and strings'. Never had a chance. I even skipped over a 'training bra' at 12. Now 34DD despite only 104 lbs. A friend's DGD had reduction surgery before starting college. Bless her! Free At Last!

@Lindsey_CA...Sports bras are like Ace bandages. Oprah Winfrey says she wears two, together. The padding is an eight of an inch thick. It keeps things from being seen, gives support so you don't head south....:o) Guess I had to explain that. ☺ Can you imagine a padded to look bigger sports bra.....that would be totally stupid...it would fill up with sweat AND weigh a ton! smile
