What type of flooring next to hardwood?

Need advice!

We replaced all of our flooring on our first level with 4" wide white oak hardwood stained dark walnut. We did not include our area coming in from the garage (this area only is on a concrete slab). I now need new flooring in this area which includes a half bath, laundry room and office. Seamless with no dividers in the doorways. Hardwood is not an option at this point - the price has gone way up and the guy told me this is not a good place for hardwood.

I'm looking at LVP, but how would I match this? I think lighter than the hardwood with matching shades would look best. Should I go totally different with a stone look?

Should the width be the same as the hardwood? 4" isn't very wide?

Also - tile seems like the first choice but it is SO COLD in this area being on a concrete slab and I spend a lot of time in that office.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Maybe LVP with matching tones?

Or something totally different for contrast like a stone "look"?

Thank you!
