Which SW color is match to BM Manchester Tan
Comments (6)You can do 1 of 3 things: 1. Closest SW color to Manchester Tan is SW Fencepost White #2074 2. Ask SW to mix up the Manchester Tan formula in one of their paints. They should have formulas for many other brands in their computer. If they mix it in a different base than what BM uses the color could be slightly off. 3. Have SW colormatch a BM Manchester Tan chip. Realize that Colormatch does not = exact color. That matters to some people. Good luck!...See MorePaint help BM Putnam Ivory, Manchester Tan (MBR - Bath flow)
Comments (2)I agree Todd about them side to side. But the travertine is definitely a yellow tint (with New Venetian Gold granite) so probably calls for a yellow based color. The bathroom is its own room so I'm not sure if the paints in both areas have to flow or be the same/complimentary?...See MoreBM Manchester Tan Cabinets, Do you have?
Comments (3)You found that just googling? I tried, but used GW in the search line. I'll try again just using the color. That kitchen is very pretty. They don't look near as beige as the sample I painted. Thanks for the picture and the idea!...See MoreWhich Behr colors is match to BM Manchester Tan and SW softer tan?
Comments (13)So.... I am posting swatches but only because I know you guys are smart enough to know that it's a completely worthless endeavor to try to evaluate paint colors on any kind of illuminated device, like a monitor. Since they rely on the very small RGB color space to render colors, they literally are not able to render color like we see it in real life. The swatches are for reference only - everybody knows you have to get in real life chips. Spanish Sand has Delta E difference of 1.4 from Manchester Tan - which means it's a relatively small difference, but you're going to see a difference when comparing. HC-81 MANCHESTER TAN Benjamin Moore Classic Colors OR-W7U SPANISH SAND Behr Color Collection Lentil has a Delta E difference of 1.2 from Softer Tan - again, means you'll be able to tell the difference between the two colors. SW 6141 SOFTER TAN Sherwin Williams Color N270-2U LENTIL Behr Color Collection Those are the closest colors from Behr. Everything else in the Behr collection is a ways off with Delta E differences of 2 or more - which is a lot and not in the ballpark of being a decent match and therefore not really worth mentioning....See Morecalidesign
