Sleevendog - seeds - thanks

I came home tired from sanding utensils to a box of treats! A variety of beans and seeds. Riogrande beans, microgreens and micro tomatoes. Thank you very much! I will sift through them more care later - first some gardening before more much needed rain. Excited to try micro tomatoes this winter!

It must be my week for seed gifts. A friend gifted me a half a pound of purple coneflower. For nongardeners - that is a whole lot of coneflowers.

Photo of overgrown chard microgreens potted up. I planted three windowboxes as well. One went off to my mom. They produce enough to add to a good handful of baby leaves to meals pretty much daily.

PS the story of the pot -

Last summer for the birthdays of my sister, mom and lastly mine I commissioned two gifts for each of us. At that moment my sister and I were experimenting with macrame. So I had these pots and some wrought iron hooks made by friends.
