What about the bar pulls on the 4 larger drawers and a knob on the two smaller ones? It would cut your expenses, plus solve the dilemma of different size bars. I just looked for my inspiration pics on knobs/pulls for my bath remodel, but I must have deleted. With apologies for yet again posting pics of my vanity....this is what I did. Not exactly the same set up as yours, but you can at least see what I mean. The small drawers are just false fronts on really long drawers, just to visually break up that too long expanse.

Check Ikea they had some that were not deep. I made my own sink base at 16” and put a 12” round vessel sink on top but it’s a powder room so it’s enough for in there.

Is that peeling paint, or are the doors covered in thermofoil? That is a thin plastic that is vacu0formed to the face of the door. If it's thermofoil, it should peel off in big sheets. Therofoil can be peeled off and then the doors can be primed and painted. Or you can simply order replacement thermofoil doors from Lowes or Home Depot through the kitchen department. No need to replace the vanity.
