Wrong Ricky, though. You gave me the notion to check Fawnridge's website. There are the rubs he's posted several times in CF there, but not the bit I'm looking for. I'm wondering if I imagined it was his post. But I have this memory of showing the print out paper to the John B guy with the endorsement that it was from an award winning bbq cook. Little suspecting the paper would disappear when he did...

Here's a long-shot: If you copied this Cheat Sheet on your home copier you might be able to recover it from your copier. Copiers all have "memories" and you need to be aware of this when you get rid of said copier. Ergo, if thieves can access this memory base why can't you?

Great idea! Unfortunately, it was printed on a printer with no such buffer. I would have thought it would be saved in my computer. No such luck. I've done in depth searches. Meantime, we've moved past it for the moment, and I can wait for Ricky's return.

Hi Ricky! I didn't mean to disturb your travels. I had this paper which said how to barbecue and serve a bunch of different meats. After scouring the forum and asking for help, and looking at your website, and not finding it, I think I must have combined several of your posts. I haven't found all the parts, though, of course, found your three rubs which you've so generously shared (a lot of people hold such things secret!). If you'd like to extemporize on how to barbecue everything, I certainly will Be grateful and keep better track of it, but I'm not asking you to do so. I was just trying to find something you had already posted. Thank-you!

We cook them in a Weber kettle with indirect heat. Decarb the Kush and make a tincture that you can mix with your favorite bbq sauce.
