RENO HELL - toilet flange - how far out & toe kick vent - ugh issue

I need this 2 month reno of my 5 x 8 bathroom with a highly recommended contractor to be OVER. I really don't think he cares about this tiny job in my small house.

My contractor installed a copper pipe (everything else is nickel in the bathroom) and it's sticking out pretty far. Can you show me what is "normal" so I can compare?

He also installed a toe kick vent. I can literally stick my whole forearm over the vent and over where he cut the toe kick so my arm is between the bottom of the cabinet and the top of the vent. This just CAN'T be right. It is a hiding spot for dust, grime, grossness, pests, etc. I want this guy out of my house SO bad I'm about to just get an hvac person to do it. I'd just need a new toe kick from Fabuwood. :( Can you show me your properly installed bathroom toe kick vents from the ground view showing no gap between the toe kick and the vanity?
