Comments (15)In the next to the last shot there are what could perfectly well be honey fungus (Armillaria) rhizomorphs visible on top of the mulch, to the right of the oxalis leaf. And in the right position to account for the trunk wound and detaching bark. Comments (3)I'm in your area.. Since it's at the seams it could be glue. Might be the flooring disintegrating from moisture. With a glue mix ? You could take the pictures to floor dealer and ask what they think. Mold inside the house is way too much moisture from somewhere. There could be a roof leak causing the moldy wall.
