We got one of the delta's touch20 for an adjoining powder room. We have had nearly every part replaced and have yet to get it to function with touch less feature! Responsive support hotline but still not functioning. We may have to eat the cost of it since it was purchased prior to jan demo. Ugh! (We need touch less since we raw feed our dog). My DH refuses to chalk it off as a loss at this point, so he has his own little project to focus on. :-)

I ended up here, because I'm redoing my kitchen and trying to make a decision about the faucet. I have various faucets throughout my house from Kohler, Moen, Restoration Hardware, and Newport Brass. I think the Restoration Hardware fixtures are made by Newport Brass, because we had to call them when we needed to replace. We've had them from 10-12 years, so I don't know the styles or even if they are made. Almost all are polished nickel, and the Kohler and Moen are always spotless, laundry room and bathroom, respectively. I'm not crazy about the pull down sprayer on the Kohler. The Moen Showcase (do they still make this line?) is in the bathroom, and I love it so much, because I can just pour water over it and it will dry spotless. It's amazing. It is wall mount, and I wish I had it in every bathroom. Because of my success with Moen, when I needed a faucet for my kitchen, I bought an inexpensive (relative to all the other faucets I have) Moen at Home Depot. It is the only non polished nickel faucet I have. It is stainless steel, still looks brand new (10 years+), and the pull down sprayer works wonderfully. Unfortunately, I'd never buy fixtures from Restoration Hardware again. They spot like crazy. The Newport Brass are slightly better, but they also spot. I'm looking at Kohler and Moen for my new kitchen, but the choices are limited in polished nickel. Now I'll look at California Faucets, too, but I'll skip Rohl, since someone mentioned the polished nickel spots so much.

Sorry that you cannot unscrew the aerator. Instead of removing, fill a ziplock with some white vinegar and fasten it to the faucet to soak the end. I was concerned about being at a loss for a word a bit ago. It seemed to be happening quite often. Maybe it wasn't. I tend to worry lately. Thankfully, I have no problem expressing myself now. The words are there. Something happened today and my new landscaper probably thinks I am an addled senior. I thought the landscaper was coming today to mulch and weed the garden beds. I had it on my phone's calendar. When I called him, he said the work was scheduled for Monday, May 24. I was baffled that I had the date wrong, so not like me to be wrong about scheduled stuff. Then my husband asked me what day today is. I told him the 21st. Later he told me that he thought it was the 24th because I was expecting the landscaper. He also said that the landscaper had changed the appointment to May 24. Really, who knew or did I forget, not likely that I forgot that. It is also unlikely that I forgot because the work is to be done at the riverhouse. I do long range planning to organize our comings and goings between the riverhouse and home named the woodhouse by my grandchildren. I think that my husband received an email or text from the landscaper informing him about the schedule change and he did not tell me. Whether that is the scenario or not, this version of it's not me makes me feel better.

I dont have an answer but I have the same question. I currently have a moen gooseneck faucet with sprayer that never locks back into place- thr counterweight under the sink is always impinged. Been thinking about one of those springy "pro" faucets as there is a clear mechanism to snap it magnetically back into place but not sure if that will solve my problem.
