Please help me decide which of these bedroom colors!
I'm getting new flooring installed in my master bedroom in a week and cannot decide which of these 3 colors to use.
The two fixed features will be the new flooring (wood look tile) and my bed (as seen in one of the photos). The room has windows that are north facing, and the general level of light in the room is low. I'm including pics of the colors on both the south facing wall and the north facing wall so you can see the difference.

The other advantage to the 2nd layout in BR1 is that the headboard is rather high and if I put it along the wall, it won't block the windows which would probably be better. I'll see about adding seating when I get the beds assembled. We may have room and it would give me a project to scour antique shops. That is what I'm planning on doing for a nightstand in the second bedroom. A little shabby/chic, beachy. I was going to look through some "Real Simple" magazines for inspiration. I'm not sure exactly what I want yet, but I though a "weathered" table, perhaps in a fun color, would go nicely with the iron bed. ajsmama, Thank you for the suggestion on BR1. I agree that swaping the nightstand is much better. On BR2, I think I could move the dresser closer to the door. The only think I actually don't like about the dresser in that position in general is that I'm not fond of the look of it from the side, but no mater how far forward or backward it is, I'm going to have that problem... Comments (63)I love the rug in there and how it ties in with the baskets, wall, etc., but if it were me I'd still exchange the bedding because it would drive me crazy to see the striped side when the bed is unmade (which it is 99% of the time in my son's room). With the bed made the navy works. I would also exchange the drapes for something lighter, but that's just personal preference; I love lighter window treatments! I'm boring and would probably do white, but think a pattern with coordinating colors could look great too. 3 years agoThanks for the feedback. Current bedding is either solid white or navy with white (I switch seasonally), but my goal is using a neutral color on the walls because a) I like to switch up accent colors often, & b) planning to sell the house in 5 years or so.

3 years agolast modified: 3 years agoThought the link below could help in regards to using a pure white as a base to compare, to get the right shade. Of your three, PO seems to be the best, but it’s hard to know for sure. Off white is a good choice for rooms that don’t get a lot of light and this info will help.

I really like the room below with the white comforter and only using the navy folded at bottom, so room will feel brighter, as your fabric looks very dark. Add navy cushions and bring in the color of your headboard to pull the whole room together
