Lgmd, you will be happy to know those plants thrive on a bit of neglect and actually grow fairly slowly. So it’s the perfect house plant for people like us who don’t want to fuss with a lot of care. I can and so grow a lot of things outside, but these are my favorite indoor plant and all I have with the exception of one small jade plant. Its bright pink but all I have access to on my phone at the moment.

And, after eating all of that ice cream - is that "waste" ... or "waist"? glenda ... if you live in a second-storey or higher apartment, wouldn't be much help to suggest you, with about 3 or 4 friends, should have bought a generator, would it? Dedtired, that reminds of a pool at the nearby Jr college where I used to live. Concrete sides and bottom and people used to put turtles in there. No natural food for them. People used to come by sometimes and feed them lettuce or bread. I bought floating catfish chow and went every day to feed them. I was there one day, and a woman and a little boy were putting a baby turtle in. I said, "this is not a natural pond....what do you think it is going to eat?". She said, "Oh, I should have brought it's food.". Oh, give me a break!!! I am sure one of the big turtles ate it. There were 60 turtles in there. One good thing that came from Hurricane Harvey. It flooded and they were able to escape.

Jmm..........Wow!!! (And I'm actually a transplanted Canuck turned Aussie) That's AWESOME!!! As you may probably figure out, I'm a Canuck as well....Ontarian. I'm so hooked on Aussie tv shows. I love, love the accents.
