I have a couple of FFEs on new ones and a few reblooms

These two FFEs are still in their pots

Dorothy and Toto

Flamingo Butterfly

The beautiful Hearts of Glass rebloom

Border Crossing rebloom

Mom's Cinnamon Rolls looking very yellow on particular this rebloom

I will post more of them another day, and a friend I gave a lot of pots to insisted on buying me a plant and it has a scape so I will also post it when it blooms. I have quite a few scapes up now. No day has fewer than ten blooms here and there.

How exciting you still have new ones with ffo's! They are very pretty. My favorite is the Hearts of Glass rebloom, with Border Crossing a close second. I think I was down to 12

with flowers today, and it will get less and less from now on.

Debra, those are Red Vinca,, they are annuals, and a few purple verbena is mixed in it too but cant see them hardly any more. Mantis,I wouldn't dream of sending this heat your way, but, I wish some cooler tempsw ould come this way.temp was 96 here today but felt like 100. weather man said,and I don't doubt it for a second Nancy,z6 secret friend has been here I think 4 years and hasn't multiplied at all here, plan to repot it in a differen t potting mix about sept, and see if it will do better next season.When I moved,I dug itup and pottd it with the soil it was in, so maybe it will do batter next year, I had poor soil where it was at, and the soil he r e is worse.cant make a hole in this soil with a hatchet, as I tried that,

Nancy - yeah, I can see that. At the moment, I'd say the offerings are mostly a little 'too rich for my blood'. I'll stick with Wild &Son, etc when things are on sale, and wait till I've got some years under my belt, before I start going for some of those treasures for auction. Alex

First, a big thanks to all for liking the daylilies. I am going to answer Celeste first about Lillian's Thin Ice. I had to go back in the time machine to find out just when I bought it. It came as an Instant Buy on the Lily Auction from Tink--Michele Taylor-- and it arrived in the fall of 2014. I have checked a few places for availability and was coming up empty, but good news-- I did find it at Shady Rest Gardens. A double fan is listed for $25. I have bought a couple of daylilies from Doris and David Bishop of SRG and received very nice plants. In fact, the major one I wanted was not listed for sale, but they sold it to me--really nice people to do business with. I already have a daylily on reserve for their sale which is coming up in July. Yes, it looks as if this was purple day, didn't realize it until everyone pointed it out. It's too bad about Carmen Renee, I always think of Celeste's picture of it, so beautiful. I know this weather is killing the color on so many of our plants. Glad to get that pic of Susan Weber since it was almost killed a couple of years ago by some strange insects that were in the roots. Now it is better than it was before, go figure. Nancy, to your point about the short scapes on LTI, as I recall, ours put on height every year, so perhaps next year your scapes will be taller, hope so.

Thank you all for looking and commenting. Brad,, I am going to try the sand. If it works I will be blessing you forever. Debra, I fell in love with your blooms on Stenciled Infusion. and so, I have it. And , it is is lovely. This is the first year Bullfrog Kisses had put up several scapes, Nancy, but I like it....it is a huge bloom. Kate, it has already reached 90 here...and yes, we have to be early from now on probably with the heat...they are talking possible record heat. Sherry, I think everything is early this year. Maryl, PC usually does well for me, and I like it, it is huge. I hope you are staying safe...don't know if you are in the weather zone, but feared it. Thank you, Julia, I love garden shots when people post them, and I like to take them to get that view of what the garden is doing. Thank you, Laura. It is the first year for me, and I won't have much bloom, but it is the "sleep year " for us. kay

Thank you Debra. If they quit shooting up scapes my season may finally end. Brad, it just does deem to go on a ery long time, and since I water, the reblooms seem to happe more. . One of my first lilies to bloom, Tavaris Multicolor has put up a scape now of all things.

Flamingo Butterfly show good promise don’t you think? Hearts of Glass is still so pretty and Border Crossing is such a nice color. And rebloom does just keep going doesn’t it!

Yes, Kate, I do. It is a Ridder out of Pink Tarantula but I misnamed it. It is actually Flamingo Heartstrings. My Name dyslexia strikes again. And yes, the rebloom machine is turning them out too much, as usual. Cherry, thank you. I am trying a few more doubles now.
