Dryer Vent Making Condensation on Wall

We moved into a new house a few months ago and our dryer vent configuration is weird. It goes from the floor up a corner of our laundry room where it then meets and goes through a cabinet above the dryer, and then takes a left turn through the ceiling about 5 feet to outside through a flap. I noticed that when I run the dryer, the wall next to the dryer vent, especially inside the cabinet, starts to get wet with condensation. But this mainly happens in the heat of the day. If I do laundry at night, it stays perfectly dry. What do yall think is going on? Do yall think insulation would solve the problem or are we going to eventually have to take all this out and re run the pipe in a better location? I am worried about mold more than anything!
