Grey hardwood, wood tile or white tile floor?

Hi everyone,
I am looking for advice for my kitchen floor. Here is my inspiration kitchen (found here on Houzz!). My question is about the flooring in the « L » between the outside walls and the island. The long passage by the open shelves is grey oak.

I have narrowed it down to three choices for flooring- grey oak flooring which is the same as the rest of the house, wood-look tile in a natural/pale colour to match the accent colour of the upper cabinets or white marble-ish tile to match the counters. Most kitchens or bathrooms on Houzz with this black/gold/white scheme have blond-ish floors. I have not found a great pale wood tile and am running out of time for the installation. I wonder about putting wood-look tile beside real hardwood but also worry that hardwood in the kitchen won’t last. I don’t mind white tile in the kitchen but is it too matchy-matchy?

What do you think?
