My favorite is #3. House all one color with trim a darker choice on the paint strip. Darker trim will maximize the roof lines.

An observation: before you paint, have your roof power washed (by a pro who knows how to do it). The after result may influence what color you want for the house.

I don't think that roof has more than a few years left in it. It needs replaced.

You have a pretty house. Is that stucco on the bottom? If so, is it possible to remove the stones and fill the holes?

White Dove may be too light if you plan to leave the brown on top. The color you have on the bottom may be fine if you repaint it.

Agree with #3 from Judy. Dark on top with white on bottom will look top heavy.

It needs about 37 other things first before you ever think about paint. And paint won’t be one of them. Deconstruction of the lower zit eruption puzzlement might be a tad higher on the list than anything but shrub murder.

Limewash the bottom brick and add shutters like in this photo.

Thanks everybody for the comments. The lower part is stucco with some rocks. We don’t like the rocks that why we were thinking of painting them to conceal it.

I think those rocks need removed. They are most likely decorative.

Your house has A LOT of potential. But right how I think paint is low on the totem pole.

Tackle the aging roof first. The shingle colors available within your budget will have an influence on the paint colors you can use. If you think about it, you might want to have the roof checked for hail damage. In come cases, even older damage can be covered by insurance. Meanwhile, check out romabio.com for masonry stains for the bottom. Is that brick or stucco that the rocks are imbedded in? Can you remove the rocks and repair the surface before painting?

I think your house will look fine painted (or Rambio) white on the bottom. I would add shutters (except for the large window) and paint the fascia white. Remove the two evergreens at the foundation. They are much too big and hide the house. Paint the front door an interesting color.
