Window Treatments for tricky kitchen and dinette areas

We are wrapping up our kitchen remodel and I need help with window treatments. The window above the sink was not trimmed out to keep a cleaner look, but now I'm wondering what to do to keep it light and clean looking. Right now it's too bare. What type of treatment would work best?

Next to the kitchen and island area is our dinette which has a sliding door and windows all around. I prefer not to use vertical blinds on the sliding doors. My main concern is how to blend the sliding door treatment with the rest of the dinette. For the sliding door I was thinking of using one wide sheer panel with grommets that can be stacked to the side. And matching sheer panels in between the rest of the windows--although I'm not sure of the best way or number of panels to do this.

Would appreciate your thoughts and ideas!

Edit: Not sure why my other photos have not uploaded to this post. I will try loading in separate comment.
