Replacing GE Adora FL washer - should we replace dryer too?
Comments (3)When I moved from my old trusty Maytag top load 712 series washer and dryer to the front load neptunes, the most significant difference between the old dryer and new dryer was about 17 years. Almost the same exact operation between the two and very nearly the same mechanical components. I dont really thing dryer technology has changed much in nearly 40 years. keep the dryer if it works fine....See MoreWhat will we replace large globe bulbs with in fixtures??
Comments (6)If the base is an edison screw in base (E26 or E27), it is a matter of putting in a CFL or LED bulb with the same base. The look will not be the same though. Comments (8)Purezza would work, except I'm not sure about cool summers. We don't have cool summers at all here! He's a repeat-bloomer but not anywhere near continuous. I do know that (my) Renae wouldn't work. Maybe in full-full sun and cool temps, but not both, I don't think. I have to put mine in a lot of sun to avoid disease and improve vigor. Pink Mermaid would be lovely and blooms/puts on growth while it's still quite cool here, but she is pretty much a once bloomer. She's really gorgeous, though. Those are my favorites for that airy look with very tall climbers. My Sombreuil isn't big enough for me to know his growth habit yet, but I can vouch for the flowers myself, and they are wonderful!...See MoreWhat color would you use?
