WANTED: Winterswapping.
Comments (150)I'm in. Will email to confirm. Wish list is broad (will include in package): Height- 48" is about as tall as I'd like Blooms bigger than 2" are preferred for my wide-open areas. Haven't met an upright sedum that I didn't like The brighter, the better- pastels tend to disappear in my gardens- white is welcome! Generally love anything with a well-behaved habit- things that are "mounding" or have a "compact" or "clump" form Always on the lookout for interesting heucheras to add to the collection. Don't rule it out if it's 'common,' because I do love my liatris & marigolds- got any named or newer ones or a liatris other than the 3-foot purple? Any Butterfly stuff (looking for "Bouquet" Dill) Please exclude: groundcovers, tall cosmos, herbs (other than butterfly ones), "xeriscaping" varieties...that's about it. I'm open to most anything. Thanks for hosting, Token!...See MoreDiscontinued tile - where to find?

Comments (33)Any annuals I plant in my beds must be colorful, self-sufficient and flower all season. No deadheading, no supplemental watering, no flopping and must be deer/rabbit resistant. That really narrows down my selection. I've found these four fit the requirements and use then liberally: angelonia, melampodium, spreading vinca, lantana, They're all annual in my zone 6. I use plenty of other annuals in pots on my deck where I can give them a little more care and attention (and keep the critters away)....See MoreFavorite Orange Daylilies of 2020
Comments (39)I had full intentions of commenting on each individuals blooms but not sure how to do it when there are soooooo many beauties being shown . Some that stood out for me are Sherry's Peach Pizzazz, Gasping for Breath from LilyKate's garden , Celete's WALTER'S TANGO and Brad's noid really grabbed my attention ( love the shape of the bloom ) , Debra's Ethel Bucola , MaryL's Glowing Quasar ......I could go on and on but I would be here forever.
