Recommend a tree/shrub watering schedule for next year?

A few months early, but I have a baby on the way in April, so thought I would ask now. I have many new plantings from 2017 and 2018, and unsure how to proceed with watering next year. The 2017 plantings were very large and the 2018 emerald greens are quite large as well, so I assume will need some continued frequent watering. Below I listed my plantings with approximate past watering schedules. Soil is clay. Most watering done with slow flow from garden hose.

2017 spring plantings:

a.) 10' Black Hills Spruce B&B - In 2017 I watered twice a week, 2018 once a week, starting in June. 20 min with a slow flow from a garden hose.

b.) 14' Whitespire Birch - Similar to the spruce, but 2-3/week in 2017 and twice a week in 2018.

2018 plantings:

c.) 9' Emerald green arborvitae - twice a week, 10 min slow hose per tree.

d.) Green giant arborvitae (varied from 1.5ft upto 6ft. tall) - twice a week one gallon of water for the small ones, 10 min with hose for the 6ft.

e.) 8' Gold rush dawn redwood - twice a week, 10 min.

f.) 6' Rising sun redbud - twice a week, 10 min.

g.) 4' Tricolor beech - twice a week, 5 min.

h.) 9' Prairifire crab - twice a week, 10 min.

i.) 4' Red twig dogwood - twice a week, 10 min.

j.) Limelight hydrangea - about 3' tall and wide. Twice a week, 5 min hose.

k.) Rhododendron - twice a week for 3 min.

l.) Various hostas, ferns, astilbe, heuchera, etc. Overhead with hose a couple times a week for less than a minute per plant.

Any advice on how to proceed next year?

Thanks!
