What to do now to ensure orange tree has oranges next year?

We moved into an old house in San Jose with a beautiful orange tree a couple of years ago. The first year it was full of sweet, juicy oranges (not sure what kind). This year there were maybe three! It looks really good now and there are a ton of blossoms on it, so I have hopes that it will produce more next year. What can I do to keep it healthy until then? Unfortunately, I'm not really good with plants. It's next to the house, and pretty close to a Eureka lemon tree that's doing fantastic. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
