We went with lavender for the walls with our white cabs. We used a BM color, Easter Bonnet, but then had them lighten it after it was done to 75% because I wanted more contrast with the deep purple in the adjacent den, BM's Purple Rain, which is the best color ever ;). Dh did not see the need to lighten it nor the difference when I brought the paler color home and started to repaint. Once I got half the wall done, he finally "got it" and appreciated the difference. Our counters are white-ish with a little gray and taupe in them and tiny specks of black. They look like white from afar. With the chrome accents and gray and black floor, it all came together as perky yet mellow. Here is a link that might be useful: BM's Easter Bonnet

Pretty! Really hard to tell from lighting in a photo. For kicks I'd bring home a charcoal grey for contrast. Also, since your counters are monotone, you could add a natural stone with some variation. I'd look at some of those faux hex or subway marble b/s- that could be gorgeous.

I agree that neither of the stones shown are helping the cupboards look less yellowy. See what you think ofSilestone Pulsar. It might be too white, but appears to be creamy but also has some grey and maybe even some brown veining. It might pull together the various colours you've got going including your new floor tile choice. Silestone Lusso might be another option, for the same reasons. You'll need to take your doors and samples with you and see them, hopefully full sized slabs so you can get a good sense of colour variations etc. From Caesarstone.....maybe Moorland Fog. I see some veining that looks grey to me but it has a nice creamy, leaning taupey background. I think it would look very nice. Have you looked at Soapstone? Or Virginia Mist granite, which is a very popular choice which many think mimics soapstone. It looks fabulous in just about any kitchen I've ever seen it in.
