what is the best off white color for interior walls?

I am building a home and having a hard time determining colors for the interior. Main colors - gray blue and white. I want it to be light and airy when you walk in the home but not stark white. Thinking of white dove for trim and ceiling. Any advice?

We have SW moderate white trim with whole wheat. I love it. Really gives a warm feel. Our windows are white and I put up white wood blinds. Next to ceiling our crown blends in. If you stare at it you will see the difference but not noticeable. I can send you some pictures against my white windows and ceiling.

I suggest you check out this LINK to Sherwin-Williams site. Click on a color to see its name and how it looks in a room. Other than High Reflective White, Snowbound is perhaps their lightest "white" though Ibis White and Arcade White are also quite light.

I wouldnt go white on the walls, your room, needs a bit of interest, and color. Pick a white with a hint, of blue, green, or aqua. Right now, its a bit boring. In the kitchen, I would also repaint the trim, the color of the cabinets. Those two whites just dont go well together. A picture of the entire kitchen, rather than just small parts would also help.
