Alternative look. If you already have white cabinets in your laundry room and painting them a new color is a project you’re not willing to take on, then perhaps changing up your cabinet hardware is the way to go. Heaven save me from website/brochure designers -- laundry areas so pretty, and then what? Deal breaker open cupboards/nooks/crannies/cabinets that reveal the mess -- stacking washer/dryers that no one under 8' tall can reach, much less maintain (just try to clean the dryers' lint filters) -- where to sort the dirties while folding the clean stuff? -- busy/dizzying patterns all mushed in together in a small space. Hallooo . . . could we get some help here? Anybody there? Anybody . . .
Cdeblake I stacked my washer and dryer and the height is perfect for me. I'm 5'7". I can now take clothes out of the dryer without killing my back. Lint filter is below chin level.
