hmm that's weird. when I try to select a nickel finish, it's not a clickable option. I googled Hinkley Knickerbocker in nickel or in chrome and the same brass one shows up. Anyone know whether all their fixtures could be ordered in any of their finishes or do only certain fixtures come in certain finishes?

The rod in the link can provide a similar look with the pineapple but it isn't the more expensive heavy crystal. This weekend is 20% off Friends and Family sale at RH, if that helps. kd: I am pretty positive that is a Chicago Faucet, because I have the same one in a wall mount version, and no one else (that I've seen) makes that double hinged spout. It also has the spoke style handles, instead of the lever handles. They have discontinued most of that vintage looking line (why, why, why?), but if you are interested, you can contact chicagofaucetshoppe.com and probably have them build it up for you. That line, in chrome, was not very expensive (few hundred bucks, depending on how fancy you get with the handles). They have great customer service. I couldn't find the faucet on their website, but they probably still have all the parts/pieces to make it. If you go that route, and you need a photo, I can send it to you. :-) francy

Hi all! My husband and I are considering this plan to build and have a few questions Has anyone turned the loft into a 4th bedroom? If so, how did you relocate the staircase to the bonus? did yoh add access to the bathroom to make it another jack/jill?
